Payment Timing & Deadline Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Processing & Shipping: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically around 5 days post-dispatch (average 5–7 days for international shipping).

  • Delays may occur due to local public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations Orders may only be canceled and fully refunded while in the "In Review" status. Please contact customer support as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be accepted once dispatch arrangements are complete.

  • Returns & Refunds Return and refund requests are accepted within 180 days of delivery. Except for cases involving defective or incorrect items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (prepaid). Freight-To-Collect (FTC / cash-on-delivery) shipments will not be accepted.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or re-shipment.

  • Non-Returnable Items Hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, socks, masks, etc.), worn or washed items, items beyond the 180-day window, or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for return.
